You know how to count calories...

You & My Fitness Pal have met many times before.

But every single time it goes the same.

You set your calorie goal, whip out your training plan, dust off your activity tracker & you’re loving life.

You’re a motivated machine!

You feel fabulous.

The weight comes off. The outfits get bolder, the selfies get more frequent, and you wonder why you didn't do this sooner??

But then...

Life happens....

You get too busy to track.

You can’t bring yourself to add weighing a chopped onion to the already long to do list.

Cooking meals for others whilst simultaneously whipping everything on a scale becomes a genuine source of stress.

Your activity tracker buzzing & suggesting it’s “time to move” when you’re in the middle of something, stops being motivating & starts being so annoying you shove it back in your drawer.

And this weekend you just can’t be arsed with having to think about how to navigate the joys of a meal out at a place that doesn’t list the calories on the menu.

So you ditch what you were doing.

It’s not that you want to go wild.

It’s just that continually turning every meal into a maths exam is getting a bit exhausting.

And sometimes at the end of a long day you just want to shove some chocolate in your gob without having to be confronted with the guilt of how many calories are in a share bag of chocolate (that you’re not actually sharing).

You kind of get there are no good or bad foods.

Yet you don’t often show My Fitness Pal the other side of your personality.

The one that loves sofa chocolate, a coffee shop cake & a bottomless brunch.

And so time after time you find yourself stuck back in this loop of hiding away from the scales til your jeans feel tight enough (or your holiday gets close enough) that you decide it’s time to get back on it again & shift some timber.

You just WISH there was a way you could get those results without it feeling so pressured.

And that there was a programme that could offer you accountability but in a less “you must tick these groundhog day boxes” kind of way.

Guess what.... you’ve found it.

Introducing the EvolvedHER Shape Up!

A 6 week coaching programme not like any other out there.

(In fact, this even blows my previous group programmes out of the water… and they were good).

Because after personally spending years flip flopping daily between, “I want to eat more intuitively” & “I want my abs back”. I realised there was a sweet spot in the middle that the fitness industry just isn’t catering to.

One that blends structure with intuition.

One that blends kindness with “you need to pull your finger out”.

One that’s for women who know how to eat protein, track macros & lift weights because they’ve been doing it for years.

& they don’t need some 25 year old PT to give them a calorie target & a list of high protein foods.

They need something a little more evolved.

Something that taps into that part of you who knows how to graft, but also teaches you skills that stop that weight sneaking back on the second you get fed up of logging everything (because you will, you’re human).

How does it work?

Starting Monday 13th April, the Shape Up is 6 weeks of fat loss, strength building, & confidence boosting for women who are sick of fat loss being a daily box ticking exercise.

Because 15 years as a coach, the one thing I've realised about women who are forever losing & regaining weight is that they’ve not got a clue what balance & moderation actually look like.

And they’ve never been able to actually nail a maintenance phase post dieting.

They’re great at following a plan, but the second something goes a little wrong, it’s a one way ticket to snackville.

So in this programme, I've combined all of the things I teach my clients so they don’t need me anymore.

I've removed all the bits of dieting, that as an experienced dieter you don’t need.

And added in the stuff, that women over the age of 35 still struggling with food & their body need more of.

Like:

The common sense weekend framework

While other coaches are giving out "Cheat Meals" (which just trigger a binge) or demanding 24/7 MyFitnessPal tracking (which triggers burnout), we’re offering adult boundaries.

Because unlike other programmes, you have the option to be a Monday-Friday dieter in this one & take weekends off of tracking.

And before you think, “but that’ll just keep me stuck in the start again Monday loop”, it won’t.

Because I'm going to give you tools & techniques to help you stay on track without logging everything, so you can stop being that person who screws up every weekend. Aka a perfect opportunity to learn & practice the skills you’re going to need to finally keep your results for good.

(p.s if you love tracking, don’t worry, there’s a 7 day option for you too).

The Anti-Robot Step Strategy!

Somewhere in coaching “consistency” has been mistaken for “repetition”.

Most programmes demand set steps every single day as if you’re a robot with no desk job, no kids, no hard diet days, and constant perfect weather conditions

I’ve been there many times pounding pavements with my belly growling in the rain.

And often the secret to not over eating, is not over moving.

So we’re killing off the idea of a daily step target & instead leaning hard into flexibility..

Because unlike other programmes you’ll have 2x "Stretch Targets" for the days the sun is out, your schedule is clear & your body is feeling good, and a dedicated "Slug Day" for when sh*t hits the fan and you just need to be horizontal on the sofa (or glued to your desk).

You get the fat loss results you want without the daily "failure" hanging over your head just because you had a desk deadline, a heavy leg day, or just mentally needed a lazy Sunday.

The "Pre-Mortem" Strategy (Aka the f*ck it bucket insurance)

Little Miss All or Nothing (who ghosts the plan when things go wrong) this is going to be your life changer!

Most coaches wait for you to fail before they try to "fix" you. They hand you a calorie target on Day 1 and then act surprised when you fall off the wagon three weeks later because of "lack of willpower."

But unlike other programmes, I'm going to teach you to nip this in the bud. 15 years of coaching women has taught me that everyone has things that make them “screw up”. Whether that’s turning to food for comfort, stress, unexpected meals out, peri-menopausal mood fluctuations, or simply a love of biscuits, everyone has their own unique reasons as to why consistency breaks.

But very rarely do people actually take the time to think about this.

So, before you even pick up a dumbbell, or get your starting plan, we’re getting together on a call to build the "F*ck It Bucket" Insurance Policy.

Think of it like planning for traffic on a drive, aka your practical action plan for "Stressed You", "Evening You", or “Hungry You” so that “morning you” doesn't have to keep feeling like she’s starting over again.

You get the peace of mind that comes with knowing exactly how to handle your triggers, turning your "weakest" moments into handled obstacles rather than diet breakdowns.

Minimum Effective Dose Training

If you train well, you don’t need to train loads.

Other coaches prescribe training splits designed for 20-year-olds on gear.  They have you doing 6 sets of glute kickbacks and shoulder presses until your joints scream. Couple that with the fact you don’t do anywhere near enough stretching & mobility work & it’s no wonder your shape never actually changes.

Across the 6 weeks, you’re going to train a bit smarter with a lifting programme that gives maximum results in the minimum number of sessions. Whether you’re training at the gym, or at home.

Because as you age, training quality & recovery matter more than the total amount of training you do.

So in that spirit you’re also going to get a full mobility programme (because you know you should be stretching more, but keep neglecting it).

You also get an athletic style training session (so that your cardio actually helps you perform & move better alongside just burning calories).

You get to reclaim your time, knowing that you’re training with enough intensity to see a real "before and after" without making the gym your entire personality, or feeling guilty for having a rest day.

Surely that all sounds too good to be true??

If you’ve just read the above as “train less, never feel hungry & eat whatever the hell you want every weekend” then indeed it is.

And I'll be frank, if that’s your attitude I'll save you your time & money now…

Because you won’t lose weight, think about food less, or change your shape long term.

And you’ve just solved the mystery of why the weight creeps back on every time you stop working with a coach or following a plan.

But if you’re ready to work hard when it matters so you can do less guilt free when you need to.

You’ve come to the right place.

"I'm not sure if the group format is for me..."

This may be a group programme, but I promise you the personal touches you’ll get from me & the sense of community you get from being a part, will blow you away when you experience it for the first time.

In fact, in past group programmes, many of the members have said they prefer the supportive, & likeminded community to going it alone:

And if that’s not good enough for you, I believe in this method so much, I have been following it myself for the last 6 weeks.

How much is it going to cost me?

This would usually be the point where coaches compare that to the cost of a daily latte coffee or takeaway, but I'm not going to do that…

Simply because in this programme, you can still have those things.

Plus I have an unnecessary Amazon purchase habit which means I do not like being told what to spend my money on.

Seeing as this is a programme for women who like being told straight. So let me tell you the cost in an honest & direct way.

If you were to sign up for 6 weeks of 1:1 coaching with me it would cost you £400. (Nutrition & Training coaching is £200 per month - plus a £100 set up fee).

Which would be worth every penny based on the results I deliver and how happy my one-to-one clients are.

But I want as many women as possible to experience this method, as it genuinely is life changing.

& I know this biggest barrier to entry for a lot of you is price.

So I want to make this investment in yourself an absolute no brainer.

Which is why you won’t be paying £400….

You can grab your 6 week spot today for just £100.

(Earlybird offer ends 29th March - after that it’ll be £125).
